Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide with free standard shipping on every order.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
2. Delivery Estimates
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Europe & UK: 10–18 business days
- Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 12–20 business days
- Rest of world: 14–25 business days
Estimates exclude customs delays.
3. Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders. Expedited options will be available at checkout where supported.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the seller's country may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order price.
5. Tracking
You'll get a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 days to begin updating after dispatch.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at support@pinkbalm.shop and we'll investigate or send a replacement.
7. Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll do our best to help.
