We want you to love your pinkbalm. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the day your order is delivered.

1. Eligibility

  • Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be at least 50% remaining (we understand you need to test it)
  • Original packaging is preferred but not required

2. How to Request a Refund

Email support@pinkbalm.shop with your order number and a brief reason. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

3. Return Shipping

For products that need to be returned, customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please use a tracked service so we can confirm receipt.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return (or approve a no-return refund), we'll issue the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost — including return shipping.

  • Final-sale or clearance items (clearly labeled at checkout)

7. Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it ships at no charge. Once shipped, the refund process applies.
